Smart control: thanks to home automation, we guarantee optimal room temperature regulation, ensuring a consistently welcoming environment.
Smart stay: currently, the Mimosa building is fully automated, while the Ginestra building is nearing completion (already 60% operational).

Remote control

When checking in at the reception, all the STS home automation functions in the customer’s room are automatically enabled remotely.
The integration of the system with the call buttons (alarms) in the bathrooms will be completed by the end of the 2025 season.

The various gates of the Hotel (sea side for cars and vehicles, pedestrian sea side and north side for cars and vehicles) are controlled remotely from the reception with the aid of video surveillance.
