General Services
The Hotel Villa San Giuseppe is open from March to October. We are also currently preparing to open during the winter period. Please email us if you have any specific queries.
Hotel guests are requested to check-out by 09:30 on the day of departure, thus allowing time to clean and prepare the room for the next guest. Guests may check-in and take possession of their rooms from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Early check-in is possible subject to availability of the room. Late check-out is also possible, again subject to availability, but carries a € 50.00 supplement.
Breakfast commences at 08:00, however, if departure is before this hour, we can prepare a small breakfast at the bar (coffee, cappuccino, croissant). In this case we ask you to make arrangements with reception the evening prior to departure.
Yes, we have a left luggage room available for our guests.
The entire hotel complex is air-conditioned (except for the Oleandro building).
There is a lift inside the Mimosa building, whereas in the Villa and Ginestra there is no lift available
Some of the rooms are accessible for people with disabilities, however, only one room is equipped with a suitable bathroom.
Yes, there is free wi-fi available throughout the hotel.
We accept small-sized animals. These must be added at time of booking and carry an additional fee.
The hotel does not possess a pool, wellness centre or gym, however, it organises fitness and wellness activities on the beach area.
Yes, Hotel Villa San Giuseppe has a restaurant inside with 90 places, where breakfast and meals are served. It can also be hired for ceremonies and events
The Hotel possesses its own private beach, fully equipped. Available by booking only and at an extra charge.

Yes, all the rooms have ensuite private bathrooms with shower. None of them have bath tubs.

No, smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms or communal areas of the hotel.
Yes, it is possible to make telephone calls from the room, by dialling “0” first to get an external line.
No, room service is not available, only in exceptional circumstances (such as illness during the period of stay).
Services for car and bicycle
Yes, parking is available on site, on request and at an additional cost of € 10,00 per day.
There are a few places available in garage parking at a cost of € 15,00 per day, but it is not suitable for all cars. We recommend that you contact reception for details.
The entire area around the hotel is subject to paid parking between 08.00 and 24.00
Starting from the 2022 season, we have prepared a Bike Room dedicated to cycling lovers together with a small workshop. Access is consented only to members of the hotel staff and guests who wish to park their bicycles.
Yes, the hotel has a number of bikes available for free use by its guests.
Getting to the Hotel
The nearest train station is Diano.
The easiest and quickest way is to take a taxi from Diano station (about € 12,00 one way). Otherwise, it is possible to take the shuttle bus into Diano Marina and then catch the bus line to San Bartolomeo al Mare. The bus stop is right outside the hotel.
